Workouts & Routines • Robust exercise library of around 250 exercises with short, to-the-point, how-to videos. • Create your own exercises to complement the built-in library. • Set up routines and programs, and reorganize them as your training evolves. • Group exercises into supersets in your routines and workouts. • Configure different set types: warm-up, drop sets, to-failure, work sets. • Define targets for reps, weight, duration, or intensity per set (great for progressive overload). • Supports Reps in Reserve (RIR) and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) for tracking intensity. • Flexible rest timers that automatically track rest between sets.
