Sleep, strain and daily energy
Your phone already measures everything. Yield reads your Health data, notices what falls outside your own usual range, and tells you with the number behind every sentence
Your iPhone and your watch already measure everything. The problem was never the measuring it's that nothing tells you what any of it means.
Yield reads your Health data, derives scores HealthKit doesn't provide, and talks to you about them always with the number that prompted the sentence.
WHAT IT TELLS YOU
• The morning read. At your detected wake-up, not at a fixed hour: your night, your state, and what your day allows. Three sentences, not twelve numbers.
• Today's observations. "Your night ran 2 h 18 short of your need. Go to bed at 10:24 pm tonight." One idea, one measurement, one action.
• The weekly and monthly reviews. What moved, and what the app had told you enough to catch it out.
WHAT IT CALCULATES
• Body energy — what you have left, recalculated continuously since you woke.
• Recovery, stress, night score, training strain.
• Hypnogram, duration, awakenings, schedule regularity.
• A rating for every session, by sport, compared to your own sessions.
• Food log: barcode scanning, macros, water, caffeine.
TEN WATCHES RUNNING CONTINUOUSLY
Sleep debt, drifting schedules, rising load, stalled recovery, sedentary days, drifting vitals, daylight, hydration, protein intake, caffeine timing. When one of them is still learning, the app tells you how many nights it still needs rather than going quiet for no stated reason.
EVERYTHING IS COMPARED TO YOU
No score, no colour, no recommendation is measured against a population average. The reference is your own baseline, over a rolling 60-day window. "Low" means low for you, and nothing else.
NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICE
No account, no server, no usage analytics, no ads. Your measurements aren't sent anywhere, because there is nowhere to send them. The app's only network request sends a barcode to Open Food Facts when you scan a product, and nothing else.
WHAT IT IS NOT
Yield is not a medical device. It diagnoses nothing, screens for nothing, names no condition and recommends no treatment. It describes measured deviations from your own habit and draws scheduling consequences from them: train or don't, get to bed earlier, ease off.
FREE, WITH NO COUNTDOWN
Your scores, your daily grid, the food log, your day journal and its comparisons, the inventory of your data sources: free, and they stay free. Baselines keep building without a subscription nothing is paused while you don't pay.
The subscription opens what the app says about it all: the morning read, the observations, the weekly and monthly reviews, the experiments, and notifications.
SUBSCRIPTION, AND A 7-DAY TRIAL
Both renewing plans start with 7 days free. The trial is available once per Apple Account, and the app only offers it to those eligible.
• Yield monthly : 7 days free, then €2.99
• Yield yearly : 7 days free, then €19.99
• Yield lifetime : €59.99, one-off purchase, no renewal
After the 7 days, the subscription becomes payable and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. You can manage and cancel at any time in your account settings.
Nothing stops if you don't subscribe: your measurements, scores and baselines keep building.
WHAT YOU NEED
An iPhone running iOS 26. An Apple Watch isn't required, but without overnight measurements half the scores have nothing to work from the app tells you which ones, and why.
