Staff Schedule is a fast, tap-first weekly planner for iPad. Build and update staff schedules without typing through the week—select a cell, then tap a shift, location, or status.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Plan a full week (Monday–Sunday) in a clear grid • Organize people by department (add, rename, and reorder in Settings) • Assign work with a bottom dock: tap shifts and locations, or Off / Holiday / Vacation and other statuses you define • Select several cells at once with Multi and apply the same assignment in one tap • Split a day into two blocks when someone works in more than one place • Mark closed days so those columns stay visible but can’t be scheduled • Print or share landscape PDF schedules by department

BUILT FOR SPEED Day-to-day scheduling is tap-only. Typing is reserved for uncommon cases—like naming staff in Settings or entering Special hours when a preset doesn’t fit.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON THE IPAD Schedules and settings are stored locally on the device. No account. No cloud sync. No tracking.
