Each event group needs two design benches, with one landscape desk. Swipe between them and choose your job.

To start using the seating plan:

1. Write the names of the guests in the pool and mark each one next to: Bride, Groom or Work.
2. Add round, long or end tables and then push each amount of seating up or down.
3. Tap the guest and then the table to seat them. Tap the sitting name to send them back.
4. Mark two people to sit together or stay apart. The rules checker updates with each move and names the exact clash, the table where it happened, and everyone waiting. Auto Seat fills the room, keeping Linked guests together and non-stepped guests at the accessible table.

To get started with Stage Plot:

1. Select a source: vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards, horn or drum set.
2. Name it and drop it on the stage grid, then tap the source and tap any cell to move it or switch the two positions.
3. Read the numbered input list as it writes itself in console order. Drum kits include six channels, a stereo pair of keys, and each row has a mic or DI selection, a phantom flag, and a monitor mix.

Save either bench in the Run Book, reopen later and share as text. Works offline.
