Beatcast shows your heart rate in a huge, zone-colored number, and while a session runs it also appears in the Dynamic Island, on the Lock Screen and on your Apple Watch. Connect a Bluetooth heart rate sensor, or use the camera in your iPhone when you do not have one with you.

• Ceiling alert when you go too hard, floor alert when you have recovered
• A short sound, a spoken value, haptic taps, a notification, or any combination of them
• On a paired Apple Watch: the session appears in the Smart Stack, and notifications arrive there while your iPhone is locked. There is no separate Apple Watch app to install
• Everything keeps working with music playing and the phone in a pocket

ZONES THAT FIT YOU

• Percentage of maximum heart rate, heart rate reserve or threshold
• Two, three or five zones, renamed however you like, or your own boundaries
