Tracely is a health diary you can just talk to.

Say one sentence — "heartburn, a 6, took Gaviscon, had a cheeseburger with fries", or "very fatigued today, legs heavy, blurred vision" — and Tracely sorts it into symptoms, food, medication, sleep and the times you mentioned. No forms. No dropdowns. No tapping through menus.

Food and medication are optional, never required • Useful for reflux, migraine, IBS, fatigue, allergies, sleep and long-term conditions — any symptom you want to understand

WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH • Symptoms, moods and caffeine or alcohol are copied into Health • Tracely only writes — it can never read your health data

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your diary stays on your iPhone and in your iCloud • The AI never stores your words or trains on them • Your words are never sold. No ads. No tracking across other apps. • Anonymous usage stats only, and you can switch them off in Settings
