Choose a simpler Home with just the essentials, or keep your most-used cards close. On supported devices, turn your own typed or spoken words into draft symptom entries and questions. You review, edit, and confirm before saving.

KEEP THE DETAILS TOGETHER Track symptoms, including episodes that are still going on. Keep medication lists, dose records, reminders, allergies, and questions alongside sleep, mood, food, water, and vitals.

Store documents in the same app, and optionally connect Apple Health for supported health information. Find a past entry and open the saved record when you need the details.

LOOK FOR PATTERNS, NOT CERTAINTY Explore how the things you track line up over time. Compare symptom days with sleep, meals, mood, and other recorded details.
