Your coach builds your program, writes the cues, and sees your work. You get one place to train, recover, eat, and grow.

NOTE: This app is invitation-only. Athletes join through a link from their coach and cannot create accounts on their own.

TRAIN Open the app and your session is already there. Prescribed sets, reps, and weights, with your coach's cues on the exercises that need them. Log each set as you go. Your last session's numbers sit next to today's, so you always know what to beat.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Gyms have bad reception. Sets you log during a session are saved on your device and sync when you reconnect.

CHECK IN A short morning check-in tracks energy, body freshness, stress, and sleep. Your coach sees the trend and adjusts before small problems become injuries.

PROGRESS Every completed session, every personal record, and your trailing trends. Watch the weight climb week over week.

NUTRITION Coach-set protein, carb, fat, and calorie targets. Log meals against them and track water.

FAITH A weekly verse and challenge from your coach, plus a private way to send a prayer request or a note of gratitude. Only your coach sees what you send. Never your teammates.
