New: your daily readiness, built from your lifting AND your runs. Hybrid race plan, express workouts, Siri, and your history imported in one file.

LiftRun needs no account and no login. All data stays on the device.

What's new in 1.4 and how to test it:

• Home > "Today" card: daily readiness and suggested workout. Tap it for per-area recovery.
• Start any preloaded workout (Workouts tab). The timer icon at the top offers an express version (45/30/20 min); the ⟳ icon next to an exercise suggests equivalent exercises.
• Run tab > Hybrid race: timed 8 × 1 km + 8 stations simulation. Run tab > Training plans > Hybrid: 8-week plan (week 1 free, full plan with the Premium in-app purchase).
• Siri: "Start today's workout in LiftRun" (App Shortcuts, no setup needed).
• Profile > My data: import a CSV export from another workout app, create or restore a backup file.

HealthKit: LiftRun writes workouts, runs and nutrition. It reads body weight on request and, only if the user turns on Profile > Apple Health > "Enhanced daily readiness", workouts, sleep and heart rate variability, used on device to compute the readiness score. Nothing leaves the device.

Location: used only while a run is being recorded (background location so the run continues with the screen locked).

Notifications: end of rest timer, optional workout reminders and an optional morning briefing (at most one per day).
