Vertex is a workout log for people who lift. Log your sets, watch your numbers move, and share the sessions you want to share.

LOG A SESSION IN SECONDS Pick an exercise and Vertex prefills the weight and reps you used last time. Confirm, adjust, move on. A rest timer counts you down between sets, and your session keeps running on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island while you train.

SEE WHETHER IT IS WORKING Estimated 1RM for every lift, tracked over time. Weekly volume. Body part balance, so you can see what you have been avoiding. Streaks and tiers for turning up. Personal records are called out the moment you hit them.

YOUR WEEK ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Add the Vertex widget to see sessions, volume and your streak without opening the app.

ROUTINES Save any session as a routine and start from it next time. Share a routine with the people who follow you, or save one straight from someone else's post.

TRAIN WITH OTHER PEOPLE Follow other athletes and see their sessions in your feed. Give kudos. Comment, reply, like a reply, and mention people with @. Tag a training partner in a session you did together. Discover shows you athletes and posts from public accounts you do not follow yet.

ON YOUR TERMS Make your account private and approve follow requests one by one. Every session is private by default until you choose to share it. Remove a follower whenever you want. Report or block anyone, and we read every report.

GYMS Set your home gym and rate it out of five. Ratings come from members who actually train there. Opt in to your gym's leaderboard if you want to see where you stand, or stay off it entirely. It is off by default.

BUILT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE Kilograms or pounds, your choice. Works offline and syncs when you are back. Available in English, Dutch, French and Spanish.
