Wake Up Good

Your morning belongs to you — not your feed. Wake up, stay off the apps that pull you in, and start the day on your terms.

Wake Up Good is an alarm clock that keeps you off distracting apps in the morning — so the first minutes of your day belong to you, not your feed.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Set your alarm and choose the apps you tend to open on autopilot.
2. When the alarm rings, dismiss it — optionally by solving a few quick math problems so you can't switch it off half-asleep.
3. The apps you chose stay blocked for the time you set. Use those minutes for breakfast, a walk, journaling — whatever your morning is actually for.

FEATURES • Reliable alarm with a choice of gentle wake-up sounds • Morning app blocking built on Apple's Screen Time — you pick the apps, blocking starts when you wake and ends automatically • Optional math challenge to dismiss the alarm • Morning check-in: score how you feel when you wake up • Streaks and weekly stats to watch your mornings improve • Sleep time synced to the Health app • Home Screen widget and Live Activity while blocking is active • Available in English and Japanese

PRIVACY Your alarm settings, blocked app selections, and check-in answers stay on your device. We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and subscriptions. Only if you choose to help improve the app, we send limited usage analytics to TelemetryDeck, such as app opens, setup progress and completion, and purchase screen views. You can change your choice at any time. Sleep and Health data, answers, alarm times, and blocked app selections are not included in analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

WAKE UP GOOD PRO All features are included in Wake Up Good Pro: 1-week free trial, then $2.99/month (price varies by region). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
