On iPhone, follow your session from the Lock Screen with Live Activities. Pair an Apple Watch to capture live Train metrics — heart rate, active energy, and distance & pace on locomotion blocks — synced to your iPhone timer and saved with your session. Metrics can be written to Apple Health. Without a Watch, Train works as usual.
