MAKE IT YOURS Every phase has its own slider — inhale, exhale, holds. Balanced presets from 4.5 to 6.0 breaths a minute, timed sessions of 2, 5, or 10 minutes, and a first-launch tour that shows you around.

SEE YOUR HEART RESPOND (OPTIONAL) Pair a Bluetooth heart-rate strap — Polar, or WHOOP with Broadcast Heart Rate — for live HRV biofeedback: heart rate, rMSSD, and a coherence gauge that climbs as you settle into rhythm. Capture 30-second before-and-after baselines and see each session's summary and trend. No sensor? Everything still works; the metrics simply stay blank. Reset never invents data.
