CoachEd AI

Meet Ed, your AI personal trainer — available 24/7, no appointment needed. CoachEd was built around one idea: everyone deserves a coach who's always there, always patient, and always paying attention. Ed chats with you by text or by voice, remembers your goals, and helps you figure out what to do today, not just what to do eventually.

Talking to Ed feels less like using an app and more like checking in with someone who's actually paying attention. Ask about tonight's workout, whether you should skip the run because your knee's sore, or what to eat before a big lift — Ed answers right away, in plain language, based on what you've told him about yourself. If you'd rather not type, you can send voice messages, or upgrade to have full hands-free, face-to-face conversations with Ed while you're cooking, driving, or mid-workout.

Food logging is usually where good intentions go to die, so CoachEd tries to make it effortless. Take a photo of your plate and Ed reads it back to you — calories, macros, roughly what's on it — no searching a database, no weighing anything, no guessing. Over time that adds up to a much clearer picture of how you're actually eating, not just how you remember eating.

On the training side, Ed builds you a real plan based on your goals, your fitness level, and whatever equipment you actually have access to — not a generic template. As you log workouts and progress, the plan adjusts with you instead of staying frozen on day one. Everything gets tied together in a daily view and a calendar, so you can set what you're doing today, check it off when it's done, and schedule workouts or meals down to the minute without losing track of the bigger plan.

None of this means much if you can't see whether it's working, so CoachEd keeps a running picture of your progress — workouts completed each month, tasks finished, streaks, and the small milestones that are easy to forget about in the moment but satisfying to look back on.

You can start using CoachEd for free, no credit card required, and get a real feel for chatting with Ed, logging meals by photo, and building out your first plan. When you're ready for more — more daily conversations, more food scans, or full voice coaching — you can upgrade whenever it makes sense for you.

Rise every day with your AI trainer. Ed never sleeps, so you never have to train alone.
