Boulder Rest helps you rest between attempts when you board climb. When you're working a hard boulder — on a board, a spray wall, or your gym's hardest line — the rest between attempts is part of the training. Boulder Rest makes it effortless to rest at least as long as you planned, then reset with a single tap and get back on the wall.

REST IN ONE TAP • Start a session, then tap Short or Long after each attempt — the timer counts up, so you always know you've rested enough. • Elapsed time and your target at a glance, with a ring that fills as you recover.

CONTROL IT WITHOUT LEAVING YOUR BOARD APP • A Live Activity puts your rest time visible while using other board climbing apps. • Reset to a Short or Long rest right from there — no app-switching mid-session.

KNOW YOUR SESSIONS • Every session is saved with your rest count, total rest time, and target. • Tap a session to see each rest — requested vs. actually achieved — plus a chart of your rests over time, so you can tell whether you're really resting enough.

MAKE IT YOURS • Set your own Short and Long rest durations. • Optional notification when your rest is up.
