MORE THAN A NUMBER Connect Apple Health or a supported wearable account to explore your sleep, activity, heart measurements and recovery alongside the things you tell Echo. See your patterns, ask follow-up questions and understand what is available in your record. Measurements depend on your device, permissions and sync history.

A TEAM THAT FITS YOUR FOCUS Talk with a specialist about sleep, nutrition or training, or describe the specialist you need. Keep separate conversations for separate topics and return to them from the conversation sidebar. Available specialists and capabilities depend on your access.

KEEP THE CONTEXT Save useful conversations as topic notes. Pin the topics that matter, update them as your thinking changes, and use a note to start a new conversation with Echo or a specialist.

BRING THE DETAILS Attach photos and PDFs together. Talk through a written health report, prepare questions for your clinician, or log a meal with estimated nutrition. Keep uploaded sources, extracted information and summaries in your record. Food estimates and AI explanations can be wrong; review important information against the original.

SMALL STEPS, IN REAL LIFE Work through a goal, shape a practical plan, or set a routine in conversation. Talk by voice where calling is available. With notification permission, Echo can reach out about your data and scheduled updates; manage preferences in Settings.

ACCESS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS Your Echo is free to download and currently uses invitation access. Existing Echo Membership subscribers retain access according to their subscription. Existing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings. Localized subscription terms shown by Apple apply. This release does not advertise a new subscription purchase or free-trial offer.

PRIVACY AND CARE You choose which sources to connect. Relevant information is processed by AI providers to deliver Echo's responses, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your Echo does not sell health data or use it for advertising. Export your data or delete your account in Settings.

Your Echo is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat conditions, replace professional care, or provide emergency monitoring. Consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.

Requires iPhone with iOS 15 or later. Apple Health is optional.
