Echo Motion is a local-first iPhone app for building a clear archive of your workouts. It reads workout records from Apple Health and turns them into statistics you can review by activity type, total duration, session count, and long-term trends. View your history by week, month, or year. Filter by workout type, expand period summaries, and open a single workout to review its time, energy, average heart rate, heart-rate chart, and estimated heart-rate zones. Walking, running, and hiking can show distance and average pace when Apple Health provides the data; running can also show average cadence. Echo Motion also lets you write plain-text reflections for completed workouts. Each reflection is attached to one Apple Health workout record, so you can review your notes by sport and search within a sport archive later. If you want a reminder after selected workout types, you can choose tracked sports in Settings. Echo Motion detects matching completed workouts on device and can send a local notification that opens the reflection editor. Privacy is explicit by design. Echo Motion reads Apple Health workout data without writing back to Apple Health. Reflections are saved locally as app data. You can export and import a reflection backup manually. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics SDK, and no upload to Echo Motion-owned servers.
