Turn Apple Health workouts into a personal training archive. Explore long-term trends, capture reflections, and protect your progress with local backups and reminders.

Echo Motion is a local-first training archive. It reads workouts from Apple Health to help you understand long-term effort and preserve your own words from every session.

1. See long-term progress Review total duration, session counts, and trends by workout type. Choose a time range and switch among weekly, monthly, and yearly views.

2. Explore each workout When data is available, view energy, average heart rate, heart-rate charts and zones, plus distance and pace for walking, running, and hiking.

3. Capture reflections Write up to 500 characters about how training felt, what you learned, and what to focus on next. A reflection can stay unlinked or be connected, moved, or disconnected from a workout later.

4. Revisit your training archive Recent reflections combine linked and unlinked entries. Open a sport archive to follow the notes and sessions that shaped your progress.

5. Keep a steady rhythm Enable local post-workout reminders for selected sports. Duration milestones and reflection-backup reminders help make progress visible and reduce forgotten backups.

6. Back up and restore manually Export a reflection backup from Settings and import it when needed. You decide when to create and where to keep each backup. Reflection backup files are never uploaded automatically.

Echo Motion requires no account and contains no ads. Apple Health data is read-only, never written back, and never uploaded to an Echo Motion server. Statistics, reflections, backups, milestones, and local reminders remain available offline.
