Description: MH Care is the secure app for Mother Homecare Ltd, a CQC-registered provider of personal care in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.

Our care team uses it to deliver and record safe, person-centred personal care, and to keep the people we support — and their families — connected to that care.

You need an account provided by Mother Homecare to sign in. This is a workforce app, not a general-purpose service.

For our care team • See your rota and upcoming visits at a glance • Record care notes, observations and tasks during each visit • Note skin and wellbeing observations with photos for the care record • Log medication support accurately • Raise concerns, request shift cover and stay informed

For families (where enabled) • Stay updated on the care your relative receives • See visit updates and share feedback with the team

Privacy and security • Sign-in is required; information is only available to authorised people involved in someone's care • No advertising and no tracking • The AI features that help staff write notes run on our own secure systems — your information isn't sent to an outside AI provider

Mother Homecare provides personal care — help with everyday living such as washing and dressing, medication support, meals and companionship.
