Pause Mindful Screen Time

A calmer way to pause before opening selected apps.

Pause helps you put a small, intentional moment between you and the apps you choose. Select the apps you want to protect, save an intention, and turn Pause on when you want a calmer phone. When you open a protected app, Pause uses Apple's Screen Time tools to show a mindful pause before you continue. If you still want to open the app, a 5-minute temporary unlock gives you room to act intentionally without shame or streak penalties.

Pause is local-first. It does not require an account, does not use a backend, and does not include ads or analytics.
