Breathwave is a calm space for breathing, meditation — and staying present with the apps that pull you in. No accounts, no subscriptions, no ads, no tracking.

MINDFUL PAUSE Choose the apps that distract you. When you open one, Breathwave gently asks you to pause and take a breath first, then lets you through for as long as you decide. A small moment of focus before the scroll — so you open apps on purpose, not on autopilot.

BREATH GARDEN Every completed session grows a unique flower, generated from that session. Over weeks your practice becomes a quiet garden that no one else can grow.

IN THE DARK Dim the screen to near-black and let gentle haptics and sound guide your breath. Close your eyes; the phone breathes with you.

BREATHING EXERCISES • Coherent breathing (5.5 s) — balance and calm • Box breathing 4-4-4-4 — focus • 4-7-8 — wind down in the evening • Extended exhale — quick relaxation • Custom rhythm — set your own phases, save presets • Om training — lengthen your exhale with a warm drone

MEDITATION TIMER Opening and closing gong, optional interval bells, calm ambient sound — ocean surf, a gentle breeze, a quiet breathing sound, or silence.

YOUR PROGRESS Streak, minutes, and mindful pauses are stored only on your phone. Optionally, sessions are written to Apple Health as mindful minutes.

PRIVACY Breathwave collects no data. Zero. It does not even connect to the internet. The apps you choose to pause never leave your device.
