Onward is a calm productivity app that helps you start tasks, organize your thoughts, stay focused, and move between activities.

It opens with one question — “What’s going on right now?” — and offers four ways forward:

• Can’t start — break a task into small steps, beginning with one concrete action. Only the next step is shown. • Brain’s too full — capture your thoughts and organize what needs your attention, with a next move for each. • Restless — choose from quick activities matched to the time you have. • Can’t switch — follow a short guided transition between different kinds of work.

A “stay with me” focus mode provides gentle check-ins, while time estimates learn from how long your tasks actually take.

No feeds, no streaks, no guilt. Unfinished things are still here whenever you want them.

ACCESS Onward is invitation-only. An existing account is required; accounts are provisioned by the developer and public registration is not available.

AI features ask your permission before sharing relevant content with Anthropic to generate suggestions. Standard focus check-ins are also available without AI.
