Three strong sets in a row might get a suggestion to add a little weight. A pattern that looks like fatigue gets a note to back off before a bad rep. It's reasoning from your own training, not reading from a script.

Underneath the coach is a serious tracker: full workout history, strength trends, PR tracking, a month in review with a card you can share, and CSV export whenever you want your data out. Coach chat can edit your templates directly when you ask it to — it always confirms first. Apple Health is built in, logging works offline, you can log in lbs or kg, and you can sign in with Apple.
