ScrollKarma: Screen Time

Apple Screen Time shows you "You've used Instagram for 2 hours" and hands you an Ignore button. ScrollKarma does the opposite. The block holds until you finish the action, counted live on your device.

It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store settings.
