EarnScroll helps you break the doomscroll loop by tying screen time to movement. Choose the apps that eat your attention. When your earned balance runs out, they stay locked behind Screen Time controls until you complete a real set of bodyweight reps— counted on your iPhone with on-device pose detection.

HOW IT WORKS • Select what to limit using Apple’s Family Controls (apps or categories you pick). • When you’re out of time, those selections are shielded until you earn more. • Do push-ups or squats in front of the camera. Each finished set is 10 reps. • You choose how many minutes that set is worth — from a short unlock to a longer break (30 seconds up to 10 minutes per 10 reps; 5 minutes is the default). • Your earned time adds to a persistent balance. Usage on what you blocked draws that balance down so you always know what’s left.

SMARTER PUSH-UPS Push-ups use a quick calibration so rep counting adapts to your range and form. Squats use full-body pose detection with an on-screen skeleton so you can see you’re in frame.

STAY ON TRACK • See remaining time, what you used today, and what you earned today on the home screen. • Stats: streaks, a 7-day snapshot, lifetime totals, and personal bests. • Optional reminders when your balance is running low, almost gone, or when apps lock again — plus a gentle streak nudge.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Rep detection and workout logic run on your device. Progress and settings are stored locally; there’s no EarnScroll account or cloud backend in the app.

SUBSCRIPTION EarnScroll Pro unlocks workouts that earn screen time. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
