SessionGlance brings the SessionGlance assessment platform to your iPhone — built for clinicians, by clinicians.

Just record the session, and SessionGlance handles the rest. Your iPhone captures in-person therapy sessions and securely uploads them to your SessionGlance account, where we create the documentation you need: after-visit feedback summaries, assessment reports billable under CPT 96130, and all the related documentation. You edit and finalize on a desktop or tablet, then save to your records, send to your client, and submit for reimbursement.

— PRIVACY, BY DESIGN — SessionGlance is fully HIPAA and HITECH aligned. Recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest. Once a recording reaches the server, the raw audio file is processed for documentation and then deleted — no long-term raw-session storage. This iPhone app uploads to your existing SessionGlance organization account; PHI never travels to analytics services.

— DESKTOP COMPANION — Report editing, patient management, organization administration, and billing live in the SessionGlance desktop and web app at sessionglance.com. The iPhone app is purpose-built for one thing: capturing the session in the room with you and getting it to the server cleanly.

— GETTING STARTED —

1. Sign in with your existing SessionGlance credentials.
2. Pick the patient from your roster.
3. Tap Record. Stop when the session ends.
4. Upload. The app finishes the transfer in the background.
5. Open the desktop or web app to review the AI-drafted report and finalize.
