InterSession is a companion app for therapy clients. It connects you to your psychologist's practice so you can access session summaries, track homework tasks, and keep your safety plan within reach.

How it works

Your psychologist invites you through InterSession. You sign up, and your therapy materials appear in the app. Summaries, tasks, and resources stay synced as your psychologist updates them.

Built for mental health

InterSession is designed to feel calm and supportive. The interface uses soft colours, generous spacing, and encouraging language. It's a tool that fits naturally alongside your therapy journey.

Privacy and security

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. InterSession complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Audio recordings are transcribed then deleted; we never store recordings. Only you and your psychologist can see your information.

InterSession works with psychologists, social workers, mental health practitioners, NDIS providers, psychiatric nurses, school counsellors, and youth service providers who use the InterSession platform. Ask your practitioner if they use InterSession.
