The TherapyNotes Mobile app is praised for convenient mobile schedule access, ease of use, useful session notifications, and the welcome addition of a mobile companion. However, it suffers from major reliability and feature gaps: frequent crashes and freezes, limited in-app functionality that mostly redirects to the browser, persistent login and biometric (Face ID) issues, and updates that have worsened usability. Overall, it shows promise but currently lags behind the web experience in stability and capabilities.

Recent reviews

A client just brought to my attention that per their terms of service they are using user information in the program for machine learning training. I reviewed the relevant text that was sent to the user, and the language is grossly negligent and hints at a violation of user data. This is an absolutely abhorrent practice for a company such as this. It is utterly unacceptable for it to be done in any capacity, let alone opt in without choice with no documented opt out. The language is such that it permits a gross violation of client privacy, and as such no amount of “clarification” takes precedent over what is conveyed in legal terms. You should be ashamed of yourself for doing this in such a privacy sensitive industry. This is disgusting.

Please fix. It keeps sending me motif that I have appointments or client messages daily, when no appointments are in that slot and no client messages.
