Suddenly, the app does not work this week. It does not allow me to login. It says “the data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format” “the data is not in the correct format” then only option is to click “ok”. I tried deleting it, restarting my phone, reinstalling it then after installation window pops up and says “using a third party keyboard is a liability”. Which the only option to respond is to click “yes”. The I typed in my password. tried pasting in my password and the same message pops up about data not being in the correct format. This is extremely frustrating. There’s enough bugs in the website app and now this. I may be switching EHRs.
