2026-06-14	Ma*****		I’ve been using Soundblanket at night and it’s honestly helped me fall asleep faster. I usually struggle when the room is too quiet, but the background sounds make it easier to relax and stop focusing on every little noise. The brown noise and rain sounds are my favorites so far. Simple app, but it actually does what I needed.
