Dopamine Lock makes you do pushups, walk, or sleep before you can open TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts. You earn Dopamine Credits for moving your body, then spend them to unlock the apps you actually came here for.

1 pushup = 1 minute of scroll time.

HOW IT WORKS

• Do pushups in front of your camera. Each rep earns one Dopamine Credit. • Cash out your daily steps. 250 steps = 1 credit. • Sleep 7+ hours for bonus credits. But don't sleep too long, we punish that... • Spend credits to unlock the social apps you locked. • Credits reset at 4 AM. Clean slate every morning.

THE BRAINROT RECEIPT

When you unlock, you get a receipt. It tells you exactly what you did and what it cost. "47 pushups for 47 minutes of doomscrolling." You can share these if you want. Or not, it's a bit pathetic.

WHY THIS APP
