Less overthinking. More living
Start mindfulness meditation with the app and step out of the thought loop. Notice your thoughts without getting swept away.
I wish my mind would quiet down.
Replaying the past. Worrying about what hasn't happened yet.
Take 3 minutes a day to step out of the thought loop with mindfulness meditation.
Focus on what you're doing.
Be present with the people you're with.
When it's time to rest, really rest.
Start with 3 minutes just for you.
True Meditation helps you meditate for yourself, rather than simply listen to meditation content.
【 An easy place to start 】
Open the app and follow a short voice guide: you're already meditating. Turn the voice off once you're comfortable.
Double-tap the screen to count each breath. Gentle vibrations help you notice when your mind has wandered. From your first session to the record of your progress, the app is with you. No experience, cushion or special equipment needed.
【 Does meditation feel a little intimidating? 】
You don't need to sit for ages or force your mind to go blank. Breathe with the app. When a thought carries you away, notice it and pick up your breathing again.
This needn't be time spent gritting your teeth. It's a moment to come back to what's here, and those moments add up. That awareness can come with you into everyday life.
【 Help with the hardest part 】
Thoughts will come. What matters is noticing them, so they don't take you along for the ride. But when you're lost in thought, noticing is the hardest part.
The app analyzes the breathing rhythm you record by double-tapping. In General and Emergency modes, it gives a gentle vibration when the gap between taps grows.
Ever sat down to meditate for 10 minutes, then realized you'd spent 8 lost in thought? A gentle nudge helps you notice those moments. Meditation can become time for yourself, rather than something to endure.
【 Three modes for your day 】
• General — Take a moment to untangle a busy mind. Make it a daily pause to notice your thoughts without getting swept up in them.
• Sleep — In bed but your mind is still racing? Close your eyes, count your breaths and tap. It's okay to fall asleep. The session ends automatically after a period without taps.
• Emergency — Nerves before an exam or an important presentation? Follow the on-screen breathing guide for about 3 minutes.
【 Keep a record. Make it yours. 】
Track meditation time, breath counts and the rhythm you record. Your history and levels give you reasons to keep going. Discover emblems at certain levels and explore their meaning.
Add your meditation record to a photo or video, then save or share it. Give that little pause for yourself a place in the story of your day.
【 Start for free 】
• General and Emergency: one free session per mode each day, up to 20 breaths per session.
• Sleep: eligible accounts get a 30-day trial, with one session a day and no breath limit.
• Recording and sharing are included for free, with progress up to level 5.
• Monthly or annual subscriptions remove session and breath limits, give continued access to Sleep, and unlock the subscriber-only Challenge mode.
Step out of your thoughts.
Back into your life.
Start with 3 minutes a day.
