This app is the BEST GUIDE I’ve ever seen on starting a meditation routine. It makes the art of getting started with a meditation practice easy to understand and simple to do! Succinct lessons lead you step by step from understanding the value of meditation to learning how to meditate to setting up your own practice. I especially love all the Guided Meditations - helping me go deeper into a relaxed state. And as I continue on this journey I look forward to trying out the Just Music tracks.
