I read several of the articles I found on line today. Especially interesting was the one about “five minutes is enough”, stressing that it really needs to be daily. I’ll try harder to do that. Is there a five-minute meditation on the app? Maybe an unguided one with the chime would be helpful to try. Thanks for the reasonably priced app!
