Luma helps you keep a clear record of PCOS symptoms, periods and health information for your own review and appointments.

Track what matters to you: • Log period dates, flow and pain. Review recorded cycle lengths and gaps. • Save quick symptom check-ins, leaving anything you did not track blank. • Keep lab results, meals, medications, supplements and journal notes together. • Read text from PDFs, document photos, Word documents and text files. Review extracted text and lab values before saving. • Export records for appointments and download a device backup, including saved files and voice recordings.

Your records stay on your device unless you choose a cloud feature. Optional cloud backups contain text and record details; original files, photos and voice audio are excluded. Restore after reviewing the backup, with existing entries preserved. Cloud document processing asks for permission.

Apple Health period import is optional and read-only. Reminders currently appear while Luma is open.

Cycle estimates are uncertain, especially with irregular cycles and PCOS. Luma does not confirm ovulation, predict fertility, provide contraception guidance or diagnose or treat a condition. It does not replace a qualified clinician. Internet access is required to load the native app and use cloud features.
