Luma is a private, local-first PCOS tracker built for women who want to understand their body — not feed yet another data broker.

What you can track: • Cycle length, period flow, ovulation, and predictions — synced read-only from Apple Health if you opt in • Symptoms (fatigue, cravings, mood, pain, acne, hair, sleep) with one-tap check-ins • Meals and hydration, plus optional macro tracking • Lab reports — drop in a PDF, photo, or HEIC and Luma extracts your hormone levels on-device using OCR. Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to sync. • Voice notes and a free-form journal

Built for PCOS specifically: • Trends for the markers that matter — testosterone, LH/FSH ratio, SHBG, fasting insulin, HbA1c, AMH • Cycle-aware predictions that handle irregular cycles instead of pretending every cycle is 28 days • A clinician-ready PDF + CSV export so you walk into appointments with actual data
