Product Positioning

Vita is your AI fitness & health buddy. It brings your WHOOP and Apple Health data — sleep, recovery, training load and daily activity — together with the lab reports you upload, turns them into easy-to-read trends like Body Age, a Recovery score and Sleep analysis, and uses a conversational AI coach to translate the numbers into "what to do today". For people already on WHOOP, Vita is the layer that makes your data genuinely useful; it also works with just an Apple Watch.

Vita reads your data through Apple Health (HealthKit) and WHOOP's authorized cloud API. It does not pair with or communicate directly with any band, watch or other device.

Core Features

1. Health Data Hub Brings together multidimensional data from Apple Health and WHOOP into trends and general references. Sources: Apple Health, WHOOP (via its official authorized cloud API).

2. Recovery & Strain Shows the daily Recovery score and training load (Strain) computed by WHOOP, so you can gauge your body's readiness and avoid overtraining. Vita displays these WHOOP-computed values.

3. Sleep Summarizes sleep duration, stage structure, nighttime interruptions and consistency, with a single score for each night's quality.

4. Nutrition Log meals by photo or text; AI estimates calories and macros (protein / carbs / fat / fibre) and tracks daily progress and trends. Estimates vary with ingredients and portions and are for logging reference only.

5. AI Insights & Chat Generates daily / weekly health insights from your data, plus free-form Q&A and "Vita Buddy" companion conversations. All AI content is general health information (see "Sources & methodology" linked below) and does not constitute medical advice.

6. Body Age Estimates an age trend for your physical condition from VO₂max, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, steps, sleep and recovery — to observe the long-term direction of your lifestyle changes. This is an estimate based on public research, not a clinical assessment.

7. Health-Report Records Upload a photo of a physical-exam or lab report and Vita's AI extracts and structures its markers and reference ranges for easy review over time. Reference ranges are provided by the issuing lab. Vita only displays them and does not replace a doctor's interpretation.
