AN AI COACH YOU ACTUALLY TALK TO Tell it "I'm wrecked", "I'm away this weekend", "I want more hills". It knows your history, your training load and your recent sessions: it edits your plan and explains its reasoning. In English or French.

LOAD AND RECOVERY, MADE READABLE Fitness, fatigue and freshness (CTL / ATL / TSB) day by day, plus the acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR) that warns you when your build-up turns risky. You know when to push and when to back off.

GENUINELY MULTI-SPORT Running, trail, cycling, swimming, triathlon, strength, hiking, rowing. Each sport gets its own zones and session logic: VO2max and threshold pace for running, FTP on the bike, critical swim speed in the pool.

YOUR ACTIVITIES SHOW UP ON THEIR OWN Connect Strava to import your workouts automatically. On iPhone, Pacelab reads your sleep, resting heart rate and heart rate variability from Apple Health to sharpen its recommendations.

YOUR SESSIONS, TUNED YOUR WAY Adjust reps, durations and recoveries on a workout template. The coach then reuses your version in the following weeks, rescaled to that week's volume.

ON YOUR WATCH Export any session as a .FIT file and load it onto your watch: no more retyping intervals by hand.

YOUR TARGET RACES Add your races with an A, B or C priority and let Pacelab place the taper. It also estimates a realistic finish time from your actual progression, not a one-size-fits-all formula.
