ABOUT THE ACCOUNT MODEL

ContactHub is a B2B service. Agent accounts are created by your workspace administrator — there is no self-signup. If you need access, reach your administrator.

For workspace admins: configure your team at workspace.contacthubs.cc. The iOS app pairs with the same backend, so call queues, dispositions, and contacts sync automatically.
