This app has been a game changer in my strength journey! I was so close to getting a personal trainer because I felt like planning and figuring out what exercises to do was a pain. My friend recommended this app and it’s similar to having a PT but for less tbh. Gives you the exercises, shows you how to do it, and even recommends weights depending on your past workouts. The tracking feature is nice so you know what you’ve done and can look back at progress. The fact that some days I can say I’m short on time or feeling tired and it adjusts the workout is awesome! Like it’s so similar to having a trainer. It’s been easy to use and the interface is pretty clean so makes it more appealing to keep coming back to. Glad I have this app now that I can trust to have a good workout.

Kova is the best workout tracker I have used for strength training! It is quick to generate a personalized lifting program that adapts as you progress. it’s also very easy to log sets and track my progress. It automatically increases the weight or deloads depending on my progress. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a smart and easy to use app for strength training!
