How It Works

Set your target bedtime, grace window, and sleep preferences, then turn each night into a clear commitment. Sleep combines your bedtime plan with sleep data from Apple Health to show whether you were on time, still pending, overdue, fulfilled, or missed.

As you build the habit, the app helps you stay consistent with wind-down reminders, recent sleep trends, and optional WOOP planning so you can prepare for obstacles before they derail your night. You can also use the watch companion to get reminders, check your current status, and quickly mark that you are in bed.

Privacy

Rehabit: Sleep does not collect, share, or track your data. Sleep data from Apple Health is used locally for sleep habit analysis and bedtime insights. Data is stored on your device, with optional syncing between your own devices.
