HOW IT WORKS • Join the program (no upfront cost — $0 to start) • Wear your Apple Watch nightly • We sync your sleep data each morning via Apple Health • Each night gets a Sleep Score (0-100) based on:

• Duration (50 points)
• Bedtime Consistency (30 points)
• Interruptions (20 points) • Scores of 90+ earn a wellness reward • Scores of 85-89 are safe — no adjustment • Scores below 85 trigger a $10 daily adjustment • Each cycle gives you 2 Grace Nights — if you forget your watch, no penalty

THE WELLNESS POOL Daily adjustments fund a shared wellness pool. 50% of the pool is distributed each day among players who scored 90+, encouraging the community to support each other's habits. The remaining 50% supports platform sustainability.

AMAZON GIFT CARD REDEMPTION After completing the 30-day cycle, your accumulated rewards can be redeemed as an Amazon Gift Card delivered to your email. Day 30 is the only day the gift card unlocks.
