HOW IT WORKS • Track sleep with Apple Health — Apple Watch, or any tracker that writes sleep stages to Health — or connect Oura or WHOOP directly. • On the free plan, tap Join once each month. Tickets start counting that day; sleep synced earlier in the month does not enter the draw. • Every night gets a Lezonder Sleep Score, built from your deep and REM sleep over the past seven days. • A high score earns a ticket. On an off night, an early bedtime still earns half a ticket. • Your single lowest night can be excluded when that improves your monthly result. • Winners are drawn every month. The more tickets you've earned, the better your chances.

WHAT YOU GET • Morning Result: your score, tickets, and the week's trend the moment you wake up. • Your 7-day story: tap any day to see the week that shaped it, and how it compares to the week before. • Older nights: your eligible participation history, including which device tracked each night. Your complete private data remains available in export. • Community: the monthly standings, your chances, and the members around you — with their names and photos. • Notifications that land where they promise: a bedtime check-in, your Morning Result, and the draw results.

FREE PLAN & MEMBERSHIP On the free plan, Join once that month and up to 3 tickets count from your Join day. The optional Lezonder Membership ($30 per month, auto-renewing) counts uncapped tickets during eligible member days; a new mid-month membership starts draw eligibility the following local day. Earlier free-plan tickets stay capped.

YOUR DATA Lezonder reads sleep data only from the sources you connect — Apple Health, Oura, or WHOOP — and only with your permission. You can disconnect any source at any time from Settings.
