Workout Lab

Workout Lab is a workout tracker for athletes whose training goes beyond sets and reps.

Most fitness apps are built for conventional lifting: exercise, sets, reps, weight. That works until your training includes ring dips, farmer’s carries, handstand holds, mobility work, conditioning, running, HYROX prep, or skills that do not fit inside a standard template.

Workout Lab lets you create the exercises you actually train and decide what they should measure.

Track combinations of:

• Load and reps
• Time, where more or less time can mean progress
• Distance, where more or less distance can matter
• Range of motion
• Bodyweight and added load
• Notes, rest, goals, and progress

Use it for strength training, calisthenics, strongman, HYROX, mobility, functional training, hybrid training, and movement practice.

• Ring dip: reps, bodyweight, added load
• Handstand hold: time
• Side split: range of motion and duration
• Conditioning piece: distance and time
• Squat: load, reps, estimated strength progress

The goal is not to collect data for its own sake. The goal is to turn training into feedback.

Over time, your training log becomes more than a list of completed workouts. It becomes a way to see patterns: what is improving, what is stuck, whether you are consistent, and whether your goals are moving in the right direction.
