SessionReady is a workflow tool for clinicians at our practice. When a client arrives at the front desk and checks in on our reception iPad, the corresponding therapist receives an instant push notification on their iPhone — no more walking out to the waiting area to check, no more clients waiting longer than they should.

HOW IT WORKS

When you start your day, open SessionReady and toggle your availability to "Available." Your name will then appear on the front desk check-in iPad. When a client arrives and taps your name, you'll receive a push notification within seconds. After your session, toggle yourself back to "Unavailable" or sign out — and your availability automatically resets each night.

WHO IT'S FOR

SessionReady is provided to therapists and clinicians at our practice. An account is created by clinic administrators. If you do not have credentials issued by our practice administrator, this app is not intended for you.

PRIVACY

SessionReady collects only the information needed to operate the app: your email address (for sign-in), your display name and optional profile photo (set by the clinic administrator), your push notification token, and your current availability status. We do not collect your location, contacts, calendar, or any health information. Full details are in our privacy policy.
