LessScroll

LessScroll helps you reduce screen time by blocking distracting apps during focused sessions. Set a timer, choose the apps to block, and stay on task without interruptions.

How it works:

Start a session and select which apps to block — social media, entertainment, or any apps you choose. LessScroll uses Apple's Screen Time framework to enforce the block for the duration of your session. When the session ends, everything unlocks automatically.

Session presets

• Quick Break (25 min) — a short reset between tasks
• Deep Focus (2 hrs) — extended work or study time
• Mega Detox (6 hrs) — a full half-day lockout

Or set a custom start and end time to match your schedule.

Track your progress

• See total hours reclaimed across all sessions
• Maintain daily streaks for consistent use
• Unlock achievements as you build the habit

Achievements include:

• First session completed
• 3, 7, and 30-day streaks
• 1, 10, 25, and 100 hours reclaimed

Privacy and Terms of Service

LessScroll uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls APIs. No usage data is sent to external servers. Everything stays on your device.
