phos: breathe & meditate

Phos is a minimal app for meditation and breathwork.

A timer for sitting. Three breathing patterns. A record of the days you practised, without needing it to be more than it is.

ONE SCREEN Today, meditate, and breathe, along the foot. Today is a sky: a sun crosses it by day, a moon by night, drawn from the clock in your pocket. Beneath it sits the day's practice: never the same breath two days running. One tap and it begins, already set.

MEDITATION A dial from 1 to 60 minutes. A dark, empty screen while you sit. Sound to sit with — silence, nature, noise or water — and a quiet marker each minute if you want one. Every practice opens with a single guided breath. Saves to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes.

THE RECORD A year of marks, one for every day practised — darker where you stayed longer. Tap a day to read it back, or walk the record a day at a time. It is a total, not a streak. It will not congratulate you.
