| 2026-05-24 | GR***** | Great, clear, and very easy to use app. I just started using it, but I absolutely love it. Hope to see great results with it! | |

| 2026-05-19 | Al***** | Used to bounce between Strava and Whoop apps, and a $100/mo coach. Now it all syncs through one app, so my workouts change when I didn’t sleep well or went too hard the day before. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of training and saves me from unnecessary visits to PT. | |

| 2026-05-17 | im***** | I got injured using *another* app that had zero context about me and no idea I was overtraining using their cookie-cutter training plans. So I switched to Vitadel Run. Two marathon training blocks later: zero injuries, two major PRs (3:34->2:59->2:52). It basically made me fall in love with running all over again 🫶 Actually accurate race predictions, handy training paces (no need to open Jack Daniels’ “Running Formula” all the time anymore), auto-syncing with Apple Watch (or Garmin, which I was using for one of the blocks), useful chat (that actually knows my training!), ridiculously over engineered running shoe tracker, and, of course, the main thing -- readiness-based training plans that saved me from constant injuries 🙏 What's not to love? | |

| 2026-05-15 | ja***** | Amazing care and details put into the product! Improved my marathon time from 4:17 to 3:29 in 11 months! The apps help me know about my body and train with my body. The daily personalized plan focuses on how my body feels instead of pushing me a rigid plan every day. Highly recommend to all runners! | |
