It's a conscious choice, not a guilt loop. HARDCORE MODE When you want zero temptation, Hardcore Mode keeps your apps shielded for the entire morning window — even after you finish journaling. EXTEND YOUR FOCUS Done writing but want to stay off your apps? Tap "Complete and keep apps locked" and choose how long. The shield stays up. You stay present.
