PizzaCoach Pro is your intelligent assistant for perfect pizza dough, whether you want to follow the AVPN rules for Neapolitan pizza precisely or develop your own creation with personal adjustments. And if terms like hydration, AVPN rules, fermentation time, final proof, bulk fermentation or baker's percentages do not mean anything to you yet: no problem. You will find info buttons throughout the app that explain everything step by step.

PizzaCoach Pro uses a completely new approach: the app works backwards, starting from the time when you want to begin baking your pizza.

How it works:

1. Set guest time Enter the date and time when your guests will arrive.

2. Choose fermentation time The app immediately shows you five different fermentation times side by side. This lets you see at a glance when each work step would take place and whether you actually have time at those moments.

3. Configure the dough calculator Set the number and size of the dough balls, choose the yeast type, and define hydration and salt percentage. You can also add a second flour type, such as spelt or wholegrain flour. Once everything is set, you get not only a precise ingredient list, but also a complete schedule for all work steps.

4. Export work steps Export all steps directly to the Reminders app and therefore also into your calendar. This way you are reliably reminded of every step on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac.
