Traqa is a strength log with a progression engine. You log the sets. It sets next week's loads.

LOG One screen per set: weight, reps, RPE. Logging a set takes one tap and starts the rest timer. Works offline and syncs when the connection returns.

ADJUST After each training week, the engine reads what you actually lifted: reps against target, effort, estimated 1RM. Confident raises are applied for you. Deloads and less certain calls wait for your approval. Every change states its reason, and every change can be undone. Turn auto-progression off and nothing moves without your okay.

MEASURE e1RM and load history for every exercise. Session volume, sets, and duration. PRs are marked the moment they happen.

The calendar is a presence map: full, partial, missed, rest. A missed day is an empty slot, not a red mark. Completion, streak, and totals in plain numbers.
