Recovery, Macros & AI Coach
Runs and rides with live pace and heart rate. Two scores on every food. Notifications timed to your own day. And more of Onyx is free.
Onyx reads your Apple Watch, your bloodwork, your training and your food — and tells you what to do today.
Most fitness apps show you a dashboard and leave you to work it out. Onyx opens with a sentence and a button. Train hard, or don't. Eat this next. Be in bed by 10:45. Every answer comes from your own data, and every answer says why.
READINESS, READ EVERY MORNING
Overnight HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and breathing become one score before you're out of bed. Then the day spends it: a heavy session, a long walk or a stressful afternoon each cost, and each fades over the hours that follow. When your body is asking for rest, Recovery Mode eases the plan for a few days.
A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR DATA
Ask anything. "Should I train today?" "Why has my HRV been low this week?" "Build me 45 minutes with dumbbells." Coach answers from your last two weeks — not a generic script — and builds the session on the spot.
RUNS, WALKS AND RIDES, LIVE
Live pace, distance, splits, your heart-rate zone as a colour, and the route drawing itself. Your week's cardio load is measured against what the last four conditioned you for, with zone minutes, records and VO₂ max beside it.
HOW OLD IS YOUR BODY, REALLY?
Biological age from VO₂ max, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, steps, exercise — and LDL and HbA1c once your bloodwork is in. See what's raising it, what's lowering it, and the habits that move it.
YOUR BLOODWORK, READ AND ACTED ON
Photograph a lab report or import the PDF. Every marker is charted against its range and tracked across draws. Flagged results become one-tap changes: ease training while iron is low, raise fibre when LDL is high. Your first report is free. A heads-up, not a diagnosis.
TRAINING THAT COUNTS WHAT YOU DID
The lift that deserves you fresh goes first. Only the sets you ticked count. Multi-week blocks that build, peak and deload, with cardio days in them. Every session graded.
TWO SCORES ON EVERY FOOD
Scan a barcode, snap a plate, read a menu, or just say it. Every product gets its own score — processing, additives, nutrient quality — and a second one for you, today, from your bloodwork, readiness and training. Meals you log appear in Apple Health.
NOTIFICATIONS, ON YOUR CLOCK
Timed to when you wake, train, eat and sleep. At most three a day, never overnight.
YOUR BODY, THEN A SENTENCE
An eight-domain wheel shows where you're even and where you're lopsided; tap any domain for its grade and the lever to pull. Onyx notices resting heart rate creeping up and HRV drifting down a day or two before you feel it.
ON YOUR WRIST
The Watch runs a session without your phone: last and best weight on every set, a rest ring you can read across the rack, and live heart rate. Nine widgets for Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Scores, trends and plans are worked out on your iPhone. Sync goes to your own private iCloud, which we can't read. When Coach or a photo needs a larger AI model, only what's needed is sent, without your name. Never sold, never used for ads, never used to train AI.
